Oh Everett, what a long way you've come in one month. You're a real mover now - crawling everywhere, standing up at everything, wanting to get out of people's arms so you can get down and move. You're eating better now. Your favorite is yogurt. You're more into trying things and getting better at grabbing food so we let you do a lot of self-feeding. You're also sleeping better now. I wake you up for a feeding before I go to bed around 11 and you've been sleeping all the way to between 5:30-6:30 - I let you feed and then you'll snooze by my side til 7 or even 8 on the weekends.
You also have two teeth now! We wouldn't have guessed it as you didn't complain about them that much and they even were drawn out, having come in a week apart.
We also noticed you might be starting to say "ma ma ma ma" when you want to go to me or want milk. It may be your first word but let's make sure before we call it that.
You and Lena continue to be buds. You get so excited where you hear or see her. You'll start making noises and jumping and flailing your arms. It's nice we can start including you in some activities.
Gone are the days where we can sit back and let you idly explore what's around you. You're always on the move now getting into things. And so we enter the year and half period where we must be up in your business. Oy! Good thing you're so lovable. Happy eight months!
