I was quite worried Lena would have a tough time with the long day of traveling, which involved a two hour flight from Hartford to Chicago followed by a four hour flight to LA. To my surprise, Lena loved it for the most part. As soon as we crossed through security in Hartford and Lena saw all the planes, she couldn't take her eyes off of them and would get upset when we would try to wheel away from the window. Then she kept saying, "Lena's turn! Lena's turn!" We told her we had to wait a little while before boarding and that upset her. She loved the first flight and spent much of it napping. And as soon as we landed in Chicago, she said, "Again!" Which was ideal seeing as we had to go on another flight. The second flight was a little harder because it was twice as long and Lena had already napped so she was up for all of it. But we survived with some new toys and some new snacks she had never had before and we finally made it to LA.
