This Halloween, we had the pleasure of dressing two children, only one of who cared what they were wearing. Everett certainly cared that he was wearing a costume - he did not like it - but he didn't care what it was, of course, so we were able to dress him to correspond with Lena. She wanted to be Belle from Beauty and the Beast so we made him the Beast. Thanks to Grammie for making his cape (and for handing out our candy). Lena loved being Belle and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood seeing neighbors and collecting treats. She was very proud of her costume and her candy stash, though that was taken away from her a couple days after due to questionable behavior and has been slowly making it into Mommy and Daddy's bellies ever since.
