You are ten months old, Ev! You've been taking some steps so I imagine you'll probably be walking by my next report. You've been a bit more into eating - you're often not very hungry but you've been more adventurous in trying things and on occasion you want to eat a decent amount. You're getting better at grasping things with your fingers. You're sort of waving. You have five teeth. You love when Daddy throws you in the air (and catches you). No words yet but you are starting to really understand the concept of conversation - if you make a noise and we repeat it, you laugh, and keep doing it over and over back and forth with us like we're talking.
You started music class. It is such a pleasure bringing you because we so seldom get to you see on your own and to watch you taking in the world and to be able to focus on you alone during that time is quite a special treat. You really enjoy the class. You like to make noises along with the teacher and it is very cool to see you so into it. It makes sense since you took music class not only when you were a couple months old in the babies class but also when you were in the womb.
Can't wait to see you in some fall apparel as the weather is starting to cool.
